Our Dispatch Schedule
We dispatch orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This helps reduce the time plants spend in transit and avoids unnecessary delays over the weekend.
Orders placed after Sunday 11:59 PM will usually be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
Live Plant Deliveries
Our live plants are released only when they are established and ready to travel. Each plant is packed securely to protect the pot, root system, stem, and foliage.
Some plants may be lightly pruned before dispatch to help them travel safely.
Seeds
Seed orders are packed by hand and checked before dispatch. We aim to provide fresh, high-quality seeds with clear product information and growing guidance wherever possible.
Delivery Times
Most UK mainland orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.
Weather Delays
The welfare of our plants always comes first. During extreme heat, severe frost, or adverse weather, we may delay live plant dispatch until conditions are suitable for safe transport.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
When Your Order Arrives
- Unpack your order as soon as possible.
- Check your plants carefully on arrival.
- Water if required.
- Keep plants in a bright, sheltered place while they acclimatise.
- Avoid strong sun, frost, or cold winds immediately after delivery.
