Antep Aci Dolma is a Turkish pepper variety grown for its large, blocky fruit and mild to medium heat.

The name refers to a hot stuffing pepper associated with the Antep region of Turkey. The plant produces green foliage and small white flowers followed by thick-fleshed peppers.

The fruit begins green before ripening to a rich red colour. It combines sweetness with noticeable chilli heat and is suitable for stuffing, roasting, grilling, sauces and cooked dishes.

In the UK, Antep Aci Dolma grows most reliably in a greenhouse or polytunnel, although it can also be grown in a large container on a warm and sheltered patio.

Growing Advice

Grow your Antep Aci Dolma in fertile, well-draining compost in a warm and sunny position. Move the plant into a large and stable container to support continued growth and fruit production.
